You pick the apps that steal your time (Instagram, TikTok, whatever distracts you most). DhikrLock shields those apps. When you try to open one, a shield appears and asks you to complete a short dhikr first. Once you finish, the app unlocks for a short window before the shield returns.

You can also open the counter, guided adhkar, duas and your personal dhikr library whenever you want to remember Allah without opening a protected app.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside DhikrLock.

On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → DhikrLock → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged anything.

DhikrLock relies on notifications to show the "Begin Dhikr" prompt when you open a shielded app. If notifications are off, the shield won't work properly.

Open Settings → Notifications → DhikrLock and make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on. Banners, sounds, and badges should also be enabled for the best experience.

DhikrLock uses Apple's Screen Time framework. For it to work, grant Screen Time permission during onboarding and keep notifications enabled.

If something feels off, open DhikrLock and check the Protection screen. Confirm Screen Time and notification access, then reselect the apps you want to protect.

Install DhikrLock using the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then sign in to your DhikrLock account. If Pro does not appear automatically, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.

Sign in with the same DhikrLock account you used before. Your journal, streak and saved dhikr are backed up and reconciled automatically when you are online.

The apps you protect must be selected again on a new device because Apple keeps those private selections on the device.

Open DhikrLock, tap the settings icon on the home screen, and choose "Select apps". Apple's Screen Time picker will open and you can add or remove apps at any time. Changes apply immediately.

We collect the minimum we need to run the app: your email and name for your account, your streak data so it survives reinstalls, and anonymous usage analytics to help us improve. We never see which apps you've chosen to shield (Apple's Screen Time framework doesn't expose that to us), we don't sell data, and we don't run ads. You can delete your account and all its data anytime from Settings. Full details in our privacy policy.
